If any product from Wine Décor and More fails to meet your expectations, regardless of the reason, please contact us and we’ll gladly replace it or refund the cost.  We will only refund shipping and packaging charges if the return is a result of our error. We want make sure that your shopping experience has been a great one with us.  We will do whatever is necessary to satisfy each and every customer.  Service is our business, selling products is how we make our living.

Returns & Exchanges

Wine Décor and More wants to make sure that you are absolutely happy with each purchase.  If for any reason, you would like to exchange or return an item, we would be delighted to replace it with another selection or refund the credit card used for the purchase. Please repack the gift in its original packaging and follow these simple steps:

  1. Our Customer Service Department will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA). Write the RA number given to you by Customer Service Department on the original packing slip.
  2. Contact our customer service department at 1-706-534-0269 or email us a .
  3. Please return the product with an insured courier (e.g. FedEx, UPS, United States Post Office Parcel Post).
  4. If your product is damaged or defective, we will gladly pay for the return freight.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges unless the item received was incorrectly shipped, damaged during transit, or defective.

Please thoroughly inspect the package upon arrival.  If the package is noticeable damaged, please refuse delivery or call the carrier that delivered the package to report the damage.
